[texhax] Gobbling three-argument commands redux

Sorry about this, but please disregard my earlier post; it's incomplete.

How do I gobble (in the style of moredefs' \GobbleMM) a LaTeX macro that 
takes three mandatory arguments?  In this case, it's an 
\addcontentsline{toc}{bla}{mumble} that I am trying to \Disable in order 
to properly include the file it is in with the help of newclude.  I am 
working in a CWEB file using \documentclass[baseclass=book]{cweb}.
