[texhax] book facing pages are incorrect

Dear texhax,

Thanks for so much information and advice!

I had incorrectly assumed that the wide margins incorporated the binding correction and were intended for the spine edge and the narrow margins were intended for the outside edges. Now I know that the 'reversed' behaviour I am seeing is actually correct, I will incorporate the binding correction by changing the margins manually.
