[texhax] Footnotes at the end of the chapter, rather than at the bottom of the pages

On searching CTAN, you get some 5 hits for "endnotes".
At least endnotes.sty in

     CTAN:/macros/latex/contrib/misc/

-- according to its ASCII documentation inside the same file --
provides macros to print notes accumulated so far wherever
you want (almost).
