Sorry Martin, Chris is talking about an Adobe product, not about the
PDF reference.  That are two completely different things, see:

Thanh spent an enormous amount of time to make pdfTeX work with Adobe
software.  It is obviously not sufficient to read the PDF reference.

I have Acrobat Reader 7 for Linux and it is quite annoying that there
is a cursor blinking all the time, even in fullscreen mode, which
renders this program useless for presentations.  Can you tell me where
this is described in the PDF reference?
