[texhax] Getting Rid of Underfull HBox Errors in the URL

    My problem is that every time I use the "url" command, underfull
    hbox errors

1) Something else must be going on.  The \url command from either
   url.sty or hyperref.sty does not always generate an underfull hbox --
   I and many others use those packages all the time without seeing
   that.  Please send an actual document that has the problem.

2) I don't know whether you're using url.sty or hyperref.sty (or
   something else), but you might try the other one.
