[texhax] Installing Adobe ATM fonts (galliard.sty?)

Hallo,

I have ATM (Adobe Type Manager) and some fonts I like to use with LaTeX. 
For documentation I used 'fontinst.pdf' from Alan Jeffrey and Rowland 
McDonnell.

Everything went fine, but when I try to use the font, LaTeX complains: 
'galliard.sty' not found'. How do I create such a .sty (and why does the 
documentation not mention this .sty)?
