[texhax] A question about dvips

Hi,

I wanted to generate .ps file from .dvi but came across the 
following error. 


/cygdrive/c/Home/YanShen/proposal_presentation$ dvips -t 
letter presentation.dvi
This is dvips(k) 5.94a Copyright 2003 Radical Eye Software 
(www.radicaleye.com)
' TeX output 2005.11.18:2044' -> presentation.ps
c:\texmf\miktex\bin\dvips.exe: ! Couldn't find header file 
texnansi.enc
/cygdrive/c/Home/YanShen/proposal_presentation$ 


I have the file texnansi.enc under folder 
c:\texmf\fonts\enc\dvips\fontname

Could you give me some suggestion? Thanks.
