    I wlould like to typeset my LaTeX's document with the Mathtime fonts but 

The MathTime fonts are proprietary.  You can buy them from pctex.com.

BTW, with current distributions, \usepackage{mathptmx} will get you a
document in Times-Roman, including math wherever possible, using the
freely available Times fonts.  Not that I claim this is a complete
replacement for MathTime; it isn't.  Just FYI.
