[texhax] longtable in twocolumn mode

either use supertabular, or (if you're up to it -- i have to read the
documentation every time ;-) use the tabbing environment.

the disadvantage of supertabular is it doesn't guarantee the same
column widths on every page, the disadvantage of tabbing is the
unfamiliarity effect...  take your pick.
