There is no problem incorporating an Origin graph with Greek or other
characters into a LaTeX document if you export the graph as a WMF
and then place this in a figure environment. LaTeX leavers space
for the inclusion of a figure but knows nothing of the figure contents
it is the output routine and the printer which must interpret the contents
so if you print can directly from Origin you should get exactly the same
performance via LaTeX.

Origin is one of the best potting packages around and we use it constantly
with LaTeX papers and theses.
