R: [texhax] Problem with IEEEtran.cls and swedish hyphenation

Try a different language and see if you get (say) FRENCHTITLEOFPAPER.  At
that point you'll know whether it's the Swedish bit or (say) IEEEtran.cls;
in the first case have look inside the relevant language files - they aren't
very large - in the second case write to the IEEEtrans people.  If you still
can't figure it, out get back to us
