[texhax] latex2rtf on mac os x 10.2

hello,

i installed the latex2rtf with i-installer on mac os x 10.2

i used it at the command line (is this the only way or can it be 
integrated in texshop?)
but it doesn't recognise any latex packages or latex macros.

do i have to configure it manually?

i get the following out put by prozessing a file which latexs neetly:
