[texhax] chapter headings with variable text/quotes/subtitles

hi,

i'm using scrbook and i'd like to make the chapter headings such that
besides the name of the chapter they can contain also a quote or some
short text below the name of the chapter, but without being part of the
chapter name, so it e.g. does not show up in the table of contents.
