I would be willing to volunteer for translating NTG abstracts for TUG, for
the opposite arrangement: I am a member of NTG but stopped my TUG membership
(after twenty years!) because I was annoyed to have to pay for 2003 while
the 2002 issues were not yet in. Deal?
