[tex4ht] missing sections and missing last chapter from large build. tex4ht hard limits on number of chapters and sections allowed?

That's sad to hear. I've updated the counter anyway, so I hope it
fixes at least some problems. I will probably not investigate this
issue more, as it seems that the main issue is that we need to define
a lot of macros for each split file, so you will always have issues
with running out of memory with huge documents.

I think it is a best solution, it should speed up the compilation
significantly, as you don't need to recompile everything at every
change.
