[tex4ht] [bug #531] Paragraph break after description label

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #531 (project tex4ht):

Sorry for the late reply. I am digging through old requests and found this
one. 

It wasn't too hard to add a feature that produces run-in description lists.
I've added it to TeX4ht sources, and it will be possible to request it using
the "description-inline" option, once it is in TL.
