Details:

So, it didn't take too long before removal of \RequirePackage{nameref} from
"hyperref-hooks.4ht" (as discussed here:
https://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/bugs/?534), and we found another issue:
https://tex.stackexchange.com/q/623351/2891

It seems that this change breaks Cleveref. So we will need to find yet another
fix. I will not attempt it now, because it was too exhausting last time, but
hopefully soon I will.
