[tex4ht] TeX source as an annotation for MathML

Hi all,

I think this may be interesting for some of you. One user requested if 
it is possible for TeX4ht to produce MathML equations with original TeX 
input as an annotation for accessibility reasons. 

Here is my answer with a solution that seems to work:

I will try to create make4ht extension based on this idea.
