[tex4ht] [bug #163] Make tex4ht aware of \cellcolor colortbl's command

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #163 (project tex4ht):

Maybe it was fixed already in TL? Anyway, as CSS is used for the cell
coloring, it is still possible that there may be differences between PDF and
HTML versions.
