[tex4ht] [bug #469] dedicatory in amsart is not supported

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #469 (project tex4ht):

I hopefully fixed that in the sources. The fix was to add the \par command at
the end of the commands used for printing of title and author. Thanks for the
report.
