Ok, problem fixed. I am not sure what caused it, but when I deleted all the old
.svg files and old .png files there were generated long time ago when I was using
different build option with tex4ht, the crash suddenly gone and can't
reproduce it.

The folder has these .svg from old builds. I should have removed them first
and forgot to.

But now it compiles OK. Whatever the cause was, it is gone.

It will be nice if these errors that get generated would indicate or
give more information on the cause of the error.

Thanks
