[tex4ht] [bug #459] False path in lit/README

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #459 (project tex4ht):

I am actually surprised that it worked in Windows except for symlinks. I try
to avoid Windows as much as I can. Even with WSL there are some things,
especially regarding keyboard support, that drive me crazy every time I try to
do anything with it.
