[tex4ht] new problem with tex4ht and matjax, table of content with math in section titles

Thanks again Michal.

I downloaded your style file from

https://github.com/michal-h21/helpers4ht

And it worked very well. TOC looks OK now with mathjax.

I hope in texlive 2019 these style files will become part of
texlive.
