[tex4ht] why can't this one line in pgfsys-tex4ht.def be corrected after so many years?

I was just answering your question about faulty TikZ support, you
don't have to change your setup if you don't use TikZ.


The modified pgfsys-tex4ht.def can be placed somewhere in your local
texmf tree, like ~/texmf/tex/latex/pgf
