[tex4ht] [bug #167] Unicode input character a-acute goes wrong

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #167 (project tex4ht):

there is not much information, but in order to get correct unicode output, you
need:
1. use usepackage[utf8]{inputenc} in your source file
2. use command line options for telling tex4ht that your file is in unicode.
For example:

htlatex ryba.tex "xhtml, utf-8" " -cunihtf -utf8"
