[tex4ht] image issues

Hello Tex4ht users,

I am having problems using and converting images. Htlatex does not seem
anymore to be able to find pictures in my figs/ directory any more. How can I
tell it where to look? And htlatex does not connect with my installation of
ImageMagick. How can I configure this to do the conversion? Can htlatex use
pdf graphics translated on the fly by ImageMagick?

I am running htlatex on Windows 7. Any help would be appreciated. I am having
trouble finding documentation.
