[tex4ht] No math rendering

Thanks for these answers! I am trying to look at MathML+MathJax and it 
seems so far that it is suitable for my needs. Nevertheless, I do not 
have as much time as I wish to do more extensive tests or to try to 
extend RCV's \Configure command to deal with display maths...
