[tex4ht] oolatex with pictorial equations instead of MathML ?

Hi all!

is it possible to tell oolatex to produce hi-res pictorial equations
instead of MathML? I really searched and tried but couldn't find a solution.

For book printing the publisher expects our chapter as W*rd document,
but we have it all in LaTeX (of course). Using MathML for formulas however
produces unpleasent results in the final .doc file, so I'd love to have
good looking formulas as 300 dpi inline pictures (both for inline and display
formulas)

Furthermore, regular pictures should not be downsampled to 110 dpi but also
300 dpi.

While I'm reasonably good in LaTeX, I'm rather new to tex4ht, so any
help would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks in advance
    Detlev
