[tex4ht] tex4ht issue (?)

Hello,

I found that htlatex has an issue with compiling master.tex in

http://bokomoko.de/~rd/htlatextest/

whereas latex or pdflatex compile it flawless. I think it has something todo 
with nested index and section:

\section{Subversion 
Repository\label{sub:Subversion-Repository}\index{subversion}\index{repository}}

The section is in tools.tex which is included in master.tex. Strange was 
though that I could not reproduce the problem with a single document.

Not a big issue for me, but I thought worth reporting.

An unrelated question:
When translating a huge latex document, can I chunk the output into multiple 
html files to make initial loading faster?
