[tex4ht] [bug #126] Please resume support for biblatex

The good news is that works on my system too -- a least in that it doesn't
crash.

The bad news is that it looses all formatting information -- paragraph
breaks, line breaks, boldface, italics etc.  Sorry for my ignorance -- is
that normal for tex4ht?
