It's actually much simpler: It's not your decision which language the TeXLive
team prefers when someone wants to contact them. And there's nothing wrong
with pointing out the preferred language when someone tries to contact you in
another language.
I can see nothing in M. HABRIAS' message (repeated below) that suggests that he was addressing it specifically to members of the TeX Live team — the message was sent to the TeX Live list, which is read (and contributed to) by many who are not members of the TeX Live team. Of course Norbert (or anyone else) can request that messages intended for them be written in a specific language, but unless a mailing list has a specific language policy then simple respect for cultures other than one's own should suggest that no one list member should seek to dictate in which language(s) messages to the list must be composed.

Pendant l'installation de texlive, je suis arrivé à une étape où l'installation s'est arrêtée. J'ai interrompu en app[u]yant un certain temps sur la touche "Entrée" du clavier.
Et j'ai maintenant ce message sur le terminal Ubuntu. Ubuntu MATE 22-04
Avez vous la solution pour faire une désinstallation ?
