TeXlive SVN: Reading diffs online is broken

Yes, that should work. Thanks for the report. Happens with any diff,
e.g, if I go to
https://svn.tug.org:8369/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/simpleicons/simpleicons.tex 
and click on the top "Diff to <previous revision>" I also get the exception.

    I'm not sure if an update was installed or anything
    else changed during the last couple of weeks.

Indeed, a couple weeks ago the entire viewvc infrastructure was redone
by Max (note redirect to port 8369). The server was getting killed by a
constant flood of robot requests for every viewvc url.  Hopefully Max
will be able to look at it soon, else I will try.

    I see that as well if I click on the "text changed" link for
    simpleicons.pdf:

Diffs of pdf files (and other binary file types) don't make sense, hence
it's disabled. This has been the case for years. It's unfortunate that
viewvc reports it as an "exception" instead of as a simple informational
message, but that's an upstream issue. Unless again it's a consequence
of the new infrastructure. --thanks, karl.
