How does one use Asymptote on TL

Because for GLUT you need GL and that often needs GPU drives and all
that together makes it impossible to create a completely working
distributable asy.

The GL stack is nothing we can ship unfortunately.

I also thought that we didn't link to GLUT dynamically ...
