`treesvr` is missing in TL

Hi,

the `treesvr` package:

  ┌────
  │ https://www.ctan.org/pkg/treesvr
  └────

is missing in TL, despite:

- a compatible license (LPPL 1.2),
- the availability of the source of its treedoc.pdf documentation:
  
    ┌────
    │ https://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/treesvr
    └────

Any reason for this?
