Biber cannot find a shared library

Well, I went to Github, and I found that the issue has been known for a
month, and it affects other Linux distros as well.

For Fedora, one recommended solution is

sudo dnf install libnsl

though, as I said,

sudo ln -s libnsl.so.3 /lib64/libnsl.so.1

also worked.
