Download standalone archive of TeX-Live

Hi there

This might be a question asked before, but I could not find it via the 
archive search:

For Linux how can I download an TeX-Live 2023 installer or archive 
_which contains everything_ (incl. packages and documentation — maybe 
except the sources)?

I am looking for a way to get everything in one go on the Linux box, so 
that I do not need internet for the instal process.
