O/T : linux: can I list which small caps are in a ttf/otf font ?

Thanks. I think I can see how to convert the items with names (a,
ae, agonok, ...) into codepoints, and the UniNNNN are already in
that form.
Meanwhile, it occurred to me that I could modify how I report
language support, so that for a font which I know has small caps I
could look to see what the language coverage was like (not much
point digging in if it only supports English).
