Package fistrum

Hello,

I created a "fork" of the lipsum package (same syntax, different files and macros), parodying a famous Spanish comedian. It is already available on ctan (https://ctan.org/pkg/fistrum?lang=en). However, it is marked as Experimental, because it hasn't been thoroughly tested in production.
As it is just a fork, I don't think there will be any issues so I think it could be included in texlive.
