TL23 final this weekend

I'm hoping to take the final updates for TL23 on Friday, and build the
final images over the weekend (March 12 or so). Then there will be the
usual interim period when Manfred et al. put together the images for the
DVD, with the public release on March 19 (or so).

If you know of or find bugs in the binaries, please report asap.
Otherwise, what we've got is what we'll release, with the possible
exceptions of lua(meta)tex for various minor tweaks.
