New Package Contribution

Dear TeX Live Group,


I hope you are doing well.
I have written a new package and is accepted on CTAN (https://www.ctan.org/pkg/zennote).
I have licensed it under CC-BY 4.0, which is the least restrictive license of Creative Commons.
Can you please indicate if this package meet all the requirement of TeX Live, and also, when would I be able to see it become a part of TeX Live?
