    An other question for biber and biber-ms ... the last one requires
    the file multiscript.bltxml which is missed in biblatex-biber-ms.tar.gz.

Sounds like a bug to be reported to Biber. Please do, ok? I think at:
https://github.com/plk/biblatex/issues
(or /biber/)

    But what would be more interesting ... does biber (without -ms) support
    multiscript. Simply to avoid to have two different Biber.pm in system
    perl site path installed.

I don't know the status of ms support. Another question for them,
