[pretest]: tlmgr issues a possibly spurious message

After noticing that the win64 binaries appeared in the pretest repo I
decided to give it a try.

Everything works fine so far. I just see a message from tlmgr that I
didn't know before. In every call tlmgr says "$^O is MSWin32" like in

I does no harm but it looks like something spurious to me.
