PFA format not usable with XeTeX

At least one font, namely pigpen, can't be used with XeTeX, because its
Type1 version is stored as a PFA file.

I made an experiment and converting to a PFB file but keeping the
extension .pfa avoids the problem of xdvipdfmx not allowing PFA fonts:
the file is found by the kpse library and read in correctly.

The solution should be simple: convert the file to a PFB and fix the
entry in the map file “pigpen.map”.

Possibly Oliver Corff might be convinced to push an update himself.
