Class taken in account: in TEXMFHOME with pdflatex and in TEXMFDIST with lualatex

No, it is not. The search path, shown by
	kpsewhich -progname lualatex -show-path .cls
prefers TEXMF/tex/lualatex over TEXMF/tex/latex. But for pdflatex, the lualatex path is not in the
search path. Thus, lualatex finds a different file.
