Package "envlab"

Greetings,

I am using TexLive on openSUSE Linux platform, both versions 15.2 and 15.3.
The "envlab" package works fine in TexLive2020, but some of its
functionality is broken in TexLive2021. I have sent a separate email to the
author of envlab, but I suspect there is a broken functionality within the
TexLive upgrade process from version 2020 to version 2021.

I would appreciate your attention to this problem.
