Bug in texlive.tlpdb

Yeah that true, https://github.com/msys2/msys2-texlive, mostly I created 
them with the help of Norbert.

Thanks. I think I can also, do so, to avoid error's.

The scripts I used for getting them is 
https://github.com/msys2/msys2-texlive/blob/main/texlive/file_creator.py 
and mostly it seems to work, only today I noticed this issue.
