PDF file misplaced in my package, please help

Hi all,

I need your help with the package I recently released to CTAN:
https://ctan.org/pkg/huawei

There is a file "cover-picture.pdf," which stays next to the "huawei.cls"
file. However, when I install the package with "tlmgr," the file is placed
into the "texmf-dist/doc/latex" directory, while the ".cls" file goes to
the "texmf-dist/tex/latex" directory.

I need this specific ".pdf" file to stay right next to "huawei.cls."

What should I do?
