BAD signature from "TeX Live Distribution <tex-live at tug.org>"

Dear TeX Live maintainers,

I am sorry. I found the problem: I tried to verify the exe-file instead of
the sha512 file. After downloading the sha512-file and verifying that,
everything worked fine.
