[EXT] Installing TeX LLive 2021 with support for "opmac"

Hi all,

"tlmgr search opmac" suggests csplain and optex. "tlmgr info csplain"
says in the long description among others: "An important part of the
package is OPmac". The information is hidden but it is there.
