Dmitry Kalinkin <dmitry.kalinkin at gmail.com> reported today that the
mirror of https://www.tug.org/historic/ at Utah was stale.

Indeed it was, and I have now rectified that, and added a daily cron
job to rsync that URL to these equivalent sites:

	ftp://tug.ctan.org/pub/tex/historic/
	ftp://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/historic/
	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/historic/

I followed links from https://www.tug.org/historic/ and appears that
the Chemnitz mirror is also out of date, but the Erlangen-Nürnberg one
is current.
